Walk down the stairs slowly as you catch your breath. Repeat this until you are exhausted and you can’t do more.

Chair squats This is also a good body exercise to shed off some body fats particularly on the thighs. Take a chair and stand in front of it with your hands behind your head. Keep your back straight and push your hips back till it touches the seat then move up to standing. Repeat this process until you can’t do anymore.
